What is Seva?

Seva (say-vuh) is derived from Sanskrit and means the Yoga of Selfless Service.  I personally define that as giving back to the community.  Thus, my studio’s mission is to offer affordable and accessible yoga to all.

Currently, I am offering free yoga classes to students from the Monarch School in Rochester and adults from Great Bay Adults Services in Dover.  I must say, those classes are the highlights of my week!

I also offer free yoga for families of children dealing with cancer through Lucy's Love Bus.
